At 1.618 Beauty, every product is crafted with precision and care — a reflection of the Golden Ratio’s timeless balance. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. Because of the personal nature of our beauty tools and hygienic standards, we maintain the following policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

✨ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and free of wear or damage.

  • Packaging, seals, and accessories must be intact.

  • A valid order number or receipt is required.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, used or opened items (including tweezers, lash tools, or any skin contact instruments) cannot be returned or refunded.


💫 Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and satisfaction of all our clients, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty tools or accessories

  • Sale or promotional items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • PR, influencer, or affiliate packages


💌 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email returns@1618beauty.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number

  2. Item(s) you wish to return

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos of the unopened product (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number (RMA) and mailing instructions.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.


💎 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your return is not approved (for example, the product was opened or used), it will be shipped back to you.


💠 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.


🖤 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@1618beauty.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.


🌍 International Orders

For international orders, customs duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or import fees required by their country.


🕊️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.

  2. Contact us at billing@1618beauty.com for assistance.
