This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will arrive, along with important details regarding processing times, tracking, and international delivery.


✨ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your selected service and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight / Express: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


🌍 International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs processing)

  • Expedited International: 5–10 business days

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.


💫 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

If you have not received tracking updates after 3 business days, please email support@1618beauty.com for assistance.


📦 Preorders & Backorders

From time to time, certain limited-edition or high-demand items may be offered on a preorder basis.
Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all products are available, unless otherwise arranged.


💎 Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your local post office or delivery service.

  2. Confirm the address used during checkout.

  3. Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.

We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
